BlueTec places a strong emphasis on Communicatons and a minimum management overhead, using a blend of appropriate techniques including the following

- MSP: (Managing Successful Programmes).

- APM Body of Knowledge: The APM is the chartered body for project managers in the UK.

- Prince2: for projects that focuses on defining what is needed before committing to further work and continually reviews this.

- SCRUM: an agile method for software projects and projects that evolve understanding and objectives as they progress.

- LeSS (large Scale Scrum): scales scrum to larger complex projects.  

- SAFe; an alternative to LeSS for scaling agile to larger projects.

- MoR (Managment of Risk): for all work we manage risk, including advising on continued investment and potential reward.

- Lean techniques: are used to manage the development of opportunity or ability, with minimal risk and investment.

- Kanban: is used when there is an element of support, or problem management.  

 Scuba Equipment Servicing

As a result of previous activates BlueTec retain a limited ability to service scuba equipment. This is carried out by a certified oxygen service technician.
